  58. Why do so many people expect books to be just 99 cents or even Free? It has taken just a lot of work to write, edit, re-write, polish and produce the book, and surely the author deserves her or his work to be valued? Does giving it away like this really bring in more readers? I’ve seen no evidence that it does, we’re all aware of each others’ books here. What we need is a new crowd to discover them.
