Library Journal’s 2015 Self-Published Ebook Awards

library journal 2015 self published eBook awardLibrary Journal honors the best self-published ebooks in the following genres: Romance, Mystery, Science Fiction, Fantasy. The competition is open to all English-language self-published ebooks. Entries will be evaluated on content, writing quality, and overall quality of production and appearance. There are no restrictions on date of publication. Only digital titles may be submitted.

Deadline: August 31, 2015

  1. If I read the terms correctly, you might want to think twice before entering this contest. In order to enter, you have to agree to give away your book royalty-free forever to any library that signs up through the Library Journal Biblio Board. I emphasize, this condition doesn’t just apply to the winner. Everybody who enters the contest is agreeing to give away their book for free through the public library system in their state, perpetually. In fact, the computerized entry form forces you to check the box agreeing to this before you submit. This isn’t something to take lightly. I’m going to pause to think about this a while.
