How did you come up with the title for your book? Does it have any special meaning?
With all the events leading up to the 50th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s death, all the research we did preparing for this book, and so many people of today saying how cruel fate was; it seemed only fitting that we should name this book Fateful Night.

Who was your favorite character and why?
If we have to choose one, it would be Rose Kennedy. In real life she was a force to be reckoned with and in later years she had dementia; so in our portrayal of her we accentuate her eccentricity, she being the one who provides many of the important clues.

Does your book have any underlying theme, message, or moral?
With all the research we did for this series, it’s clear to us that there is more than meets the ‘public’ eye. More and more people have come forward in the last few years declaring they were there and are no longer afraid to tell the truth.

What would/could a reader or reviewer say about this book that shows they “get” you as an author?
That Marilyn was not a dumb blond and that there is more to history than the average person ever knows about.

Give us an excerpted quote from your favorite review of this book:
“At times, the story takes turns and involves players you might have never considered before as being involved in some rather unsavory activity. You may even find yourself saying, “Holy sh*t!” I know I did.”
